A:  i used my hand and had to tap it a bit to get them to fully set didnt take much

A:  I haven’t tried to adjust the shelves they work fir me the way they are set

A:  you can swap the corner post around and have the smaller section on the bottom or the top

A:  I would not suggest as there's no way to join top to bottom.

A:  No there better the size they are for me. You can if you want to.

A:  No it’s not water proof at all!!

A:  I am not sure how it will fare outside. The legs are plastic, but the flat parts are cheap wood with like a plastic top. I think it would be best in a covered space. It is fairly light too so I could see the wind taking it away.

A:  Yes, it is paintable

A:  Yes

A:  in theory yes but you can flip all the shelves which black on the other side so the nightstand can be 2 colors but if you would like something else i dont see why you cant.

A:  It could be, but it will be off color.

A:  I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be able to be painted.

A:  It is almost as big as an a4 size sheet on each shelf and a less little less than 2 feet long.

A:  When I bought these I wasnt sure how big they'd be. But when I picked them up they were bigger than I initially thought. Definitely happy with my purchase.

A:  I'm 5'5 and it's a lil above my knee in height and I think 13 inches on the widest side.

A:  The dimensions of the table are 22.8"H x 13.4"W x 11.5"D.
