A:  This question was listed on the model #GDT630PGRBB post. The GDT630PGRBB washer DOES have a flood sensor per it?s description. This question was asked in the wrong listing or with a typo model #.

Q:How tall of a bottle can you put over the bottle wash jets? 12 inches?

              Answer This Question

A:  Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. Bottle compatibility will depend on the bottle's height, thickness and how it sits on top of the Bottle Jets. Most models will have approximately 9 inches of clearance. An additional 2” is possible on dishwasher models with an adjustable upper rack, placed in the lower position. For models with both the 3rd rack and the adjustable upper rack features, approximately 7 inches of clearance is possible in the top rack position and 9 inches in the lower position. Hope this helps! Best wishes. -Michael@GEA

Q:After doing a great deal of research I knew I needed a unit with a food grinder, so I ordered this one. I am highly confused as it has a food grinder and a filter. Doesn't the filter negate the purpose of the food grinder? Why does this unit have both?

                Answer This Question

A:  Hello - Thanks for your question; we are happy to help! Our dishwashers have a an anti-jamming Piranha hard food disposer. The Piranha food disposer inside the dishwasher grinds food particles before they go down the drain. This clears the passage through to the drain and eliminates the need to pre-rinse dishes. The filter for the unit will help capture larger items, like a jar label for example, before they make their way into the drain. The disposer is there to help grind up food particles so that they don't cause a blockage. The filter and disposer work together to make it less likely that a blockage will occur. We hope this helps. Thanks for checking. Olga@GEA

A:  Hello - Thanks for your question; we are happy to help! The water cannot get on the control panel due to the design of the dishwasher. If this happens, you just wipe it off; it shouldn't harm the control panel. Thanks for checking. Olga@GEA
