Q:We have this mailbox, and it’s well-mounted, and in great shape; however we need a new outer lid. Can we order a new lid in either black, or nickel color? I was able to drill the rivets out, to remove the damaged older lid.

A: Thank you for your interest in our products. Yes, our mailboxes are polyester powder coat painted and can be painted a different color. First, wipe the mailbox down with rubbing alcohol to remove dirt and oil. Let the mailbox dry, then paint it with a Krylon type spray paint. Note: painting your mailbox will void any warranty associated with the mailbox product.

A: Not sure! Ask at the store in the paint department.
