    Q:I recently had this mail box installed and I really like it. The only problem I am having is that the opening lid will not stay closed. Every time I go to my mailbox, the lid is open. How do I fix this problem?

    A:  Thank you for your inquiry, You can adjust the latch on the inside of the door by grabbing curved latch with plyers, bend backward toward yourself. Repeat process until door closes properly. You can also watch a video on how to adjust mailbox door by going to google.
