          A:  Hey. Big retailers like Home Depot are able to make 'special purchases' from a manufacturer that are pretty stunning! You are correct that the 19ft. is a 'better value'. They are both the 1AA, 375lbs rated "project Top' series ladders. Some thoughts...multi-position ladders are wonderful and so very versatile, but they are tanks! And Gorilla's excellent build all ready make them heavier before you add the 'Project Top'. I think the extra value of the larger 19ft. will wear thin, if you only need the 15ft. As to the 'Project Top' series... it has advantages, at some position on the ladder. But how often are you going to be able to use the center of the ladder rungs? It's creative and an effort to expand the multi's usefulness, but it also has drawbacks. Hope this helps!

              A:  Yes I had it shipped to my home and it arrived just fine. This thing is pretty much indestructible and short of running over it with the truck I don't know how they could hurt it. It's as good as the more famous brand for less money.
