Q:Granite Gold makes a Daily Cleaner and a Shower Cleaner. The label "Shower Cleaner" suggests that this product will be better for use in the shower than the Daily Cleaner. How does the Shower Cleaner differ from the Daily Cleaner?

Answer This Question
A: It's a stronger formulation to tackle tougher cleaning needs associated with showers and baths.

A: I believe the daily cleaner is for granite, stone and tile countertops and the shower cleaner is primarily for use on shower enclosures, like travertine, stone or marble tile but it does say safe for food surfaces on the back label. I think most of their cleaners can be used for a variety of stone and different surfaces -kitchen and bath. They provide contact info so I am sure they would be happy to answer your question more thoroughly.

A: Not sure specifically, however the website is www.granitegold.com. I would submit question to them.
by|Nov 4, 2019
A: I cannot say for sure, but I tried the Daily Cleaner on my shower and while it worked, it did not work as quickly as the shower cleaner. I suspect the Shower cleaner is more concentrated.

A: In my opinion this is a deep cleaner rather than putting a chemical on the surface to let grime and other stuff slide off.

Answer This Question
A: According to the bottle, It should be fine on the floor of shower. My ceramic tile is not slick that I have used it on but it is a wall. The mop and clean bottle by the same brand says specifically don't use on floor. The website is www.granitegold.com
by|Nov 4, 2019
A: Yes, safe for all types of stone- travertine, marble, granite, stone. Once rinsed off I do not believe it will be slippery, it is not oil based and rinses easily.
by|Nov 2, 2019
A: Yes, it can. With a pebble stone floor, we suggest you also use a safe-on-stone nylon bristle brush.

A: It does not address this specifically in the instructions, but I have used the dampen paper towel after wiping the walls on the glass and hardware and it cleaned it very well, no streaks or smudge.
by|Nov 3, 2019
A: This bottle says nothing about glass cleaning -- just stone and tile; however, the company has an 'All Surface Cleaner' which pertains to glass too.

A: From my experience, yes. I've used it on both and those surfaces come out shiny and film-free. But I get the same results with a soap-free ammonia solution.
"They make a product for that" but there's no way to tell what's different.
