A: Hello - It really depends on how often it is used. You can normally tell it needs replaced when it starts to look warn out and or material thinning. If it is used on a daily basis, I would recommend replacing within 6-12 months.

Q:This handle is very short. Is there no way to lengthen it like unscrewing the end and the is a length hidden in the handle? This is a back breaker!

A: You can probably unscrew handle and replace with an extension pole like the type you find in paint stores. I would think it may be too heavy, but it's worth a try!

A: Hello - There are two velcro straps on each side, refer to image belo.Pull the velcro apart and you will be able to slide the pad cover off from the actual Mop. You can wash either by hand or throw in the washing machine. Recemmended to lay flat to dry.

A: Hello ? The Microfiber Mop is designed for dusting and mopping smooth flooring, such as wood, tile, and linoleum floors, etc. However, if you use it dry, as a duster it will get rid of dust and cobwebs from walls. It is not recommend to use wet on walls.

A: It would be great for dusting walls with its reach and handle. I suppose it would be good for stains with a spray bottle of solution and its mop side.

A: Hello - The Microfiber Mop is designed for dusting and mopping floors. However, the dusting side of the mop, which is the gray fluffy side, could be used for removing dust or cobwebs from ceilings if needed. It is not recommended for mopping the ceiling.
