A:  To reduce the risk of personal injury Unplug before cleaning or servicing Do not use vacuum without dirt cup or filters in place Twist filter assembly counter clockwise Remove assembly from dirt cup Dirt and debris can be cleaned from the filter assembly with the Dusting/ Upholstery Tool further cleaning of the internal filter assembly is required turn dust skirt counterclockwise to remove Grab dirt cup shroud pull straight off and clean with dusting/upholstery tool After cleaning replace dirt cup shroud onto inside edge of filter assembly and align Place skirt onto shroud align slots with tabs and turn clockwise to lock. Place the filter assembly on the dirt cup aligning tabs on filter with slots on dirt cup and twist it clockwise to secure into position.

A:  Very basic… remove cylinder from base, squirt it down with hose or rinse. In addition do the same with filter..clean filter in between replacements.  We use everyday with heavy use. Have a sanctuary where 15 dogs and array of cats go in and out. This has worked better than a lot of the more expensive that advertised for pets.  We put this through the wringer. If it is clogged it will shut down as to not overheat, which we have done. Unclog, let cool and ready to go again. Liked so much for the price I am on my second one.

A:  The strength of this product is its ability to pick up excess pet hair I have several cats, so I have to work some spots to remove hair. The attachments also work really well. And it's very easy to clean. I have no problem moving it around but it's not why I picked this model.

A:  Very easy. The vacuum itself is a little heavy, but once you see everything that it picks up you will  be amazed and disgusted at the same time.

A:  Yes I like it because it gives me a chance to use my bicep muscles which I don’t mind nor do I often use.  To me it’s not bad as long as your carpet isn’t too thick.  If you have problems with your hands or arms it’s not your type of vacuum.
