A:  You are not required to purchase a food disposer with the dishwasher.

A:  No, the dishwasher must be installed to the hot water only. The hot water supply line pressure must be 20-120 PSI. We recommend you review the "Water Line Connection" section on pg. 5 of the Installation Instructions found on the Haier website.

A:  Hi - We appreciate your interest in this Haier dishwasher. This model offers Condensate Dry - with this drying system design, condensation will form on cooler surfaces in a warm humid environment. At the end of a cycle, while the dish load is still hot, the stainless steel tub walls are already cooling down and pulling condensation to form on the tub walls instead of the dishes. This provides natural air drying of the dish load. We recommend the use of a rinse agent to aid in spot and film protection for dishes and assists the drying process. We hope this is helpful. A:  Hey there! Use only detergents or wetting agents recommended for use in a dishwasher and keep them out of reach of children. Using a detergent that is not specifically designed for dishwashers will cause the dishwasher to fill with suds. Have a great day! -Gina@Haier

However, surface to surface there may appear to be a color difference because of surface texture, light reflection, and the material itself. Thanks for your consideration.
