Q:Can this shed be installed without flooring 2 x 4s with the 5/8 flooring attached on a trex deck? I need about 3 to clear and allow for height on a lower deck that is well supported.

A: Unfortunately this cannot be installed without a floor on a base other than concrete. A sill plate will need to be installed for the bottom plate.

A: Safe to assume it's basic construction lumber - SPF (spruce, pine or fir). Would not be built with expensive cedar or cypress for this price.

A: We use treated lumber for the floor framing (if available), and standard building 2x4s for the rest of the framing. Our wall panels are an engineered wood siding that is resistant against rot, decay, and termites.
