A: No, you can not sue this with rubber flooring. You can use it with solid wood, engineered wood plank, wood parquet and cork sheet underlayment. It will bond to concrete, cement backerboards, APA grade underlayment, primed gypsum underlayment's, non pourous cork, sheet underlayment's and non-cushioned vinyl tile and sheet flooring.

Use For Solid wood up to 3/4” thick and 5” wide, parquet up to 5/16” thick, engineered wood plank up to 3/4” thick and 7-1/2” wide*, and cork sheet underlayment. Note: Use only for flooring structures that are recommended for glue-down installation. *Use for engineered plank greater than 5” wide only if flooring manufacturer does not require moisture-cured urethane or silane type adhesives. Bonds To Refer to the wood flooring manufacturer’s specific recommendations for suitable substrates. • Porous: Concrete, cementitious underlayments, APA grade underlayment plywood, and radiant heated subfloors where temperatures do not exceed 85°F (29.4°C) on all grade levels. Can also be used over properly primed gypsum underlayments (above-grade only). • Non-porous: Cork sheet underlayments, existing wellbonded, non-cushioned vinyl tile and sheet flooring.
