A:  Four packets are enough

A:  Addding multiple should work just fine. Just make sure you have some form of a stir stick for when you add it. Mix it up real good and it will dry up quick.

A:  That amount should do the trick. Keep in mind the paint will never totally harden; it will be more of a jelly like substance. But this is acceptable to most landfills. Remember to keep stirring and give the process about 15 minutes. In my experience, this is a good product.

A:  In California, this is not seen as a legal way to dispose of paint in the landfill. It's considered self-treating toxic waste, which isn't legal. White paint might be excepted, but they'll turn away colored paint because some have base metals in the pigment. Best thing to do for CA residents, is to take your paint to a recycler.
