Questions and Answers for Home Decorators Collection 24 in. L x 8 in. W Profile White Shelf

A:  Please note all necessary hardware is included. It includes 5x20 set screws and 5x60 large wood screws.

A:  It is a picture of the carved out indent on the top of the shelf - to keep frames from slipping off 

A:  Yes it is the shelf look like that but can be drill into the wall 

A:  I can't see the 2nd picture, but there is a precut piece of wood that anchors into the wall, then you attach the shelf to it...

A:  I'm sorry, there's only one picture, the shelf. The second might be the insert to make it float.

A:  No the plywood on the floor has nothing to do with shelf. This shelf installation is amazing and very easy. 

A:  The second picture is part of the bracket used to install the shelf.

A:  15 lbs is the maximum load capacity.

A:  The shelf comes with a wooden batten that you attach to the wall first by wall fasteners/screws, you then push the shelf on to the batten, you then finish securing the shelf to the batten and wall with little screws and finishing coverings for the screw heads. (All parts are in the shelf kit)

A:  For step by step guide please view the installation guide under the info and guides section. It is recommended to install the shelf into at least one wall stud for optimal stability and weight capacity support.

A:  Installation is rather easy. There is a bar with two vertical poles extending out.  You need to screw the bar into wall either into a stud or Sheetrock. The shelf is not very solid, so you can’t put heavy items on it. 

A:  The shelf is available in 24 in and 42 in widths.

A:  We do not recommend altering the product because it will void the manufacturers warranty.
