Q:I have 2 3drawer wood cabinets. On one the bottom drawer was never properly assembled and has never been used. Now I need this drawer for files, but I cannot assemble, have tried for 3 hours now. Cannot get AA and front to match. Please help.

    Q:I cannot get the drawers to roll in. They all stop about about half way. There are numerous inquiries regarding this issue. Would be nice to see the answer. My husband is a contractor so this isn't human error.

              A:  Same problem here. I hope they can reply with a solution rather than just ask again for a picture. I suspect the manufacturer has a quality issue in how the rails are pre-attached to the drawer sides. The screw heads sticks out on mine
