        Q:I have wired the controller wall mount exactly as shown in the uploaded picture/diagram. Electrical connections were made per the guide, PG 13. However, light only comes on using controller speed control, but not using light control switch by itself.

                A:  Good day, as per the manufacturer the default downrod length is the one that is recommended, beyond which if it's extended it might cause Wobbling & would not be covered under warranty.
