Simply search 72" downrod online and ensure the downrod you purchase is threaded and has a 3/4 inch interior diameter (1 inch exterior, but most sellers go by the interior diameter).

The remotes may interfere with each other and control both fans when first installed, but there are instructions in the owner's manual for using the learning mode that will allow you to pair each individual remote to its own fan. For the app, each fan has a unique QR code and internal serial number that will keep them separate so when you set them up on the app they will not interfere with each other.
