    Q:My plumber says he needs to pull the toilet because he can't get his tools behind the toilet to replace the entire fill valve. Does the valve come apart so we can replace just the top part and avoid pulling the entire toilet? Does not seem right to me.

    A:  Thank you for your message. We are sorry that your plumber is having difficulties. To be honest, we are unsure how to respond as we don't know what Model of Toilet you have - if it is a 2 piece toilet, the plumber should be able to repair it by just loosening the tank. IN the case of One Piece Toilets, there is a Bit of space between the wall and the skirt in which you can insert your hands. As all products in the ceramic tank should only be "Hand tightened", we are not sure what tools the plumber wishes to use. Hope this helps!

              Q:1 received my fill valve. There are NO instructions for installation and how to make adjustments for the overall height or water level adjustment. Can I get these? My 1piece Malibu toilet wasn’t manufactured after 2015. Mine was purchased in 2016- old model. I had to source out old model Flappers as there is a difference. Now to get this part and hoping it will fit and No instructions my patience is wearing very thin! I’m about ready to pitch it I’ve ordered parts only to find out wrong- return back. My flapper was only available through Home Depot USA- went there to pick that up! Terrible part replacement Service
