A: That would be a question for the manufacturer. I have wiped my face and hands with these towels and would have no problem using them as napkins but I mostly use them for cleaning my engines, wiping down my car, tools,etc.

A: It would be easier to answer this question if we knew what these rags are made from. They're not paper, and the package doesn't identify what they're made from.
