A:  Hello, my name is Kassi with Kohler Co. I'd be happy to answer your question. The K-CB-CLC3026FS includes the side mirror kit for a surface mount installation. The side mirror kit is a mirrored panel that goes on both the left and right hand side of the cabinet. Thank you for choosing Kohler.

A:  The cabinet comes with mirrors to attach to the sides. 

A:  We have used these in rentals & the finish is reflective enough to replace a mirror. Have not had any complaints on them from the tenants.

A:  Yes, my cabinet was very close to the wall on the left side so I did not have to use that mirror. The cabinet is very nice and you have mirrors inside both doors as well as outside, and the sides. If it's like mine the side mirrors come with a cabinet you shouldn't have to buy one. They have to be put on both sides. I'm happy with mine.

A:  No the door does not include the soft close hinges. The doors will close without the extra damping that you would experience with soft close hinges. But the doors do close without much noise ... just can't give a big swing on the doors to close them! Really like the cabinets!

A:  If you mean like drawers that slowly pull it back in, no.  But the doors are light weight so they don’t slam.

A:  No not really. There are plastic covers that cover the hinges, But of course if you look hard enough you could find them. It actually looks really good surfaced mounted.

A:  No the hinges are not visible when it is surface mounted. The mirror glass covers them.
