A:  Have not installed yet awaiting countertop. But sink looks great. I have two of these sinks in my master bathroom.

A:  I would buy another faucet to try it. You can always return it. I used my old 4 inch since it was new. These sinks are all made with a small amount of tolerance. There may be a defect however keeping your faucet from seating. I would contact Kohler on their web site. I am sure they would want to make it right..

A:  I don't have the template to measure. I have a double sink in the bathroom and put two of these in. They are great. I had to use the template and measure from wall and back of cabinet to center them. The sinks I pulled out were oval so I had to use my jig saw to cut away some of the formica and they fit Just fine. Use the template and a pencil to mark the formica in case you have to erase, Just be careful not to cut to much, I cut small amounts off and then fit the sink as you may not have to cut out the whole template to fit the sink in I didn't. I figured the less of the formica I cut out the better. It is a great sink.
