A:  Hi Rose, We will be more than happy to help! That is more than likely due to an air pocket residing inside of your faucet body that occurred during installation. I would highly recommend you turn off the water supply and drain the faucet, then turn the water supply back on slowly to allow the faucet to fill up with water and prevent any air pockets from forming. A:  Make sure you release the cord all the way from the holder to give in more maneuverability. If the cord is in the holder, you can't bring it closer to the sink

A:  There is a toggle switch that will change the modes from stream to spray and it does not need to remain pressed to engage the sprayer. When you close the valve, the sprayer will automatically revert to the stream function

When turned on, it will have a cold start and will warm up in temperature when the handle is pulled down towards you. You can also reverse the orientation by swapping the water line connections at the angle stops.
