        Q:We just bought and installed this lovely kitchen faucet. The issue is the sprayer arm leans forward vs. a straight vertical position. The bottom part of the faucet is straight and level. I have seen a few comments about people having this problem. Is this a design issue or do I have a defected product? Would luv to keep it but it looks odd that the sprayer arm is leaning forward. Appreciate any reply. Thanks

            Q:I purchased this faucet and it is beautiful. The only question I have is about the pull down faucet. I know it can be removed from the piece that holds it but when you do take it out of the holder the faucet doesn't pull down very far. Is that the way it is or am I doing something wrong?

            A:  That is the way it is. I had a faucet (not Kraus) that lasted 4 months before it started to leak from the neck. Don't force it!

The Britt features a 360 degree swivel, meaning the whole faucet and spin all the way around including the arm, so if you need it out of the way, you certainly can move it.
