A:  Thanks for reaching out to us. Yes, a minimum cabinet size of 30" is recommended for our KD1US25B as the internal opening of a 30" cabinet would be 27" and ideal for this sink. A cabinet with an exterior measurement of 27" would have an opening about 24" and would be too tight for this model. Hope this helps. A:  potentially only the drain assure cover, since most garbage disposals come with thier own drain assembly, i'm sure there is a workaround to adapt the two.

A:  Hi Missy, Thanks for reaching out to us. All of our sinks are compatible with garbage disposals. Also, rather than hook up a garbage disposal to the drain, the disposal will replace the drain, as it has its own flange and mounts directly to the sink. So if you will be using a disposal, our drain would not be needed. Our Drain Assure Cover can also sit directly over the drain opening to create a seamless look. Hope this helps. The finish on the Dex series sinks has a circular brushed finish that gives is a pearl-like radiant glow that minimizes visibility of scuffs and scratches that occur with normal use. Satin stainless steel has a vertical brushed finish that is typically shinny and making is easier to see light scuffs and scratches from daily use. Hope this helps.
