Answer This Question
A: It depends on the size of the screws you are removing. The Klein Tools model # 19543 Screwdriver is designed for use with T20 TORX screws.
For other TORX sizes please see the following:
Model # 19542 – for T15
Model # 19544 – for T25
Model # 19545 – for T27
Model # 19546 – for T30

A: I would try a hex drive T20 tip to see if the screw in question is actually a T20. This tool is about $7 and takes about a week to be sent to your local Home Depot. This avoids shipping costs. The one I bought worked great for me and is now in one of my tool boxes. It probably won't get a lot of use, but a $7 investment isn't terrible.

Answer This Question
A: No, but it could be magnetized by rubbing along the tip with a strong magnet. This will create a weak magnetic tip that may not hold a screw.
