Q:Setup my Halo Touchscreen Door lock. When tested the unit using the App, it tells me my batteries are at 16%. I changed the set of batteries twice (new) and when I lock and unlock the door using the App, it tells me the batteries at 16%.

A:  To get your codes to sync, please try following the steps below: 1. Make sure that you are only logged into the phone with your Kwikset app credentials that was initially paired to the lock. Please do not log into other devices with the same account. 2. Remove and reinsert the batteries in the lock and check your phone's Bluetooth list to make sure of connected devices to ensure the lock is listed. If not, please repair it using the Kwikset app. 3. Perform a lock/unlock function via the app when you are near the lock.

    A:  The Halo works with the Kwikset app and is compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Brilliant. The Halo does not connect to Vivint. The Vivint system is compatible with Z-Wave home connect locks, linked here: https://www.homedepot.com/s/Kwikset%20Z-Wave?NCNI-5
