A:  Yep we throw them in the wash all the time.  We lay them in the top rack

    A:  Yes. Though we normally use our dehydrator for drying mushrooms and hand-wiped them afterwards, we have washed them in our dishwasher after making deer jerky.

                  A:  The other answer didn't make mathematical sense so I looked on the manufacturer's website and it says, "Food grade, shatterproof, ABS plastic trays: Ten square trays (15" X 15") allow for 360 degree rotation and uniform drying."
