A:  The notification light on our air purifier is based on a timer and does not necessarily mean your filter needs to be changed. It is simply a reminder light to check the filters and clear any dust buildup; you may or may not need to change the filters at this time. To reset your air purifier, please try the following: 1. Unplug for 45 seconds, then plug it back in. 2. While the unit is off, press and hold the filter button for 5 seconds. 3. The unit will beep, and the filter light will come on. 4. Turn the unit on, and the filter light will disappear, indicating the filter light has been reset.

A:  The red light on mine indicates the unit is running.

A:  Please clean the LV-H132 filter by using a vacuum hose to remove any hair or dust particles on the surface of the filter.

A:  I kept it for a few weeks to see how I’ll like it, but it doesn’t feel like the air is purified like I had thought. Perhaps because the bottom where it is sucking in the air before purifying it is much smaller than what’s coming out.

A:  The noise level ranges from 25dB to 50dB depending on what speed you have it on. It is known to be whisper quiet on the lowest setting and no louder than a small desk fan on the highest setting. We hope this is helpful!

A:  not very loud at all. Think Sound Machine. I'm very sensitive to 'new' noises, especially when I'm sleeping. This didn't bother me. I do not sleep with it in my bedroom though, it's in another room
