A: t1g3r133, Allegro II can be used to change color or to refresh and recolor old stucco when mixed with a 4 oz. Allegro II liquid color bottle.

Q:I am redoing some old plaster walls in my basement. They were previously painted and I have scraped off the old paint but the plaster is now uneven. Will this product even out the wall or do I need to re-plaster ?
