    A:  Randy, LaHabra Allegro II is only intended to be applied to portland cement surfaces such as stucco, paint grade stucco, concrete block, concrete masonry unit, and precast concrete.

      A:  t1g3r133, Allegro II can be used to change color or to refresh and recolor old stucco when mixed with a 4 oz. Allegro II liquid color bottle.

        A:  Plamen, you will need to install lath and then you can use LaHabra Fastwall Stucc Base and then LaHabra Exterior Stucco Color Coat Cement Finish.
