A: This is not an all weather fan. It is mainly use for the inside. You can put the fan outside on sunny days, but you need to bring it in when not in use outdoors.

A: It’s light weight and during a strong wind it will get blown over. Rain is not good for it either.

A: It cannot be exposed to rain/water. The motor housing has vents in the back that water would penetrate.

A: This fan has a fairly strong breeze in the high position, The medium position is also a good breeze. The low position has a good low breeze and quieter than the other two positions. I usually use the medium position.
