A:  No I don't know where to get replacement hooks. I've had mine for several months but use it to hang several coats at the same time, including winter coats. Perhaps see if Home Depot has individual hooks or if they can replace the whole unit for free, provided your usage does not exceed the claimed max weight. Good luck!

A:  Hi sdd...I think you didn't really mean to ask me, a customer, but rather Home Depot, however I've seen these hooks or something very similar in many stores. Sorry

A:  This is really strange that hook is breaking off. That looks like defective piece and should be returned to the supplier.

A:  I brought 9 or 10 racks about a year ago for home usage , I haven’t had any issues with my racks. So no I don’t know if you can purchase or replace the hooks. I’m thinking you may need a rack with heavier weight limits.
