A:  We recommend a support every 4'. These brackets do not come with mounting hardware and when you source that locally, be sure it works for your room - whether or not there are studs, blocks or if you need mollies.

A:  Hi Jason, The bracket comes with the set screw to hold the rod in place, not mounting hardware. The mounting screws you use can vary, depending on what material it is mounting to and whether or not there is a stud. Some with a stud have mounted it using 2-1/2" pocket hole screws that have a washer style head to fit into the key hold mount. They used a #6, 3/4" pan head screw to secure the shelves to the bracket. I hope this helps.

A:  The bracket is 12.5" total width from the wall (includes where the hook for the rod is). The shelf dimension is 11" I hope this helps.

A:  if your attaching the bracket to sheetrock only it wont hold much weight. If your able to find a stud I would think 2 brackets would work. I have a bar over hanging about 6" but all my brackets are attached to wall studs

A:  Hi Craig, Since there will be no wall mounted support, I would install a bracket 6" in on each end. If the clothing is extremely heavy, you might want to consider having a middle bracket but that may be excessive. I hope this helps. Thank you.

A:  The corresponding rod you would use with this bracket is LB-44-A106/6 or lb-44-A106/8. The rod is 1-5/16"OD. I hope this helps.

A:  Standard 1 - 5/16” rod.

A:  We mounted these into studs with 2 1/2" pocket hole screws that have a washer style head to fit into the keyhole mount. We used a #6 3/4" pan head screw to secure the shelves to the bracket.

A:  I used 2" Prime Guard Exterior Deck Screws by Grip Rite from Home Depot. Be sure you find and screw in to your wood studs. I didn't attach the shelves to the brackets, but any 1/2" wood screw would do.

A:  per pair.

A:  500lbs each bracket when attached to a wall stud. I have a 6ft wooden rod for my clothes. I used 3 brackets for the 6ft rod anchored to the wall studs. There is absolutely no movement and it is holding a couple hundred pounds of clothing with no problem. there is no bend to the bracket or rod hook. But you MUST anchor to a wall stud in order for them to hold the 500lbs each.
