A:  Hello Mike! The Lifesmart LS100DX is 110v with 15 Amp only and is not convertible.

A:  Hello Jann! Yes, our hot tubs are suitable (and perfect!) for cold climates. The Lifesmart LS100DX hot tub is fully foamed for maximum energy efficiency. Pair that with the thermal locking cover when you are not soaking, and the water will remain warm and ready for you, even in cold climates. While using the hot tub in very cold weather, you may notice the water temperature drop a couple of degrees, but not enough to impact a nice, warm soak. Rest assured that the water will come back up to temperature as soon as you cover it back up. Happy soaking!

A:  Hello Billy! All of our spas are fully foamed and come paired with a thermal locking cover, making them able to withstand very cold temperatures year round while keeping the water hot! There is also always the option to "winterize" your spa when not using for the season. -- Happy soaking!

A:  This can be plugged into a regular 110 outlet if it has 110 option.  Outlet must be dedicated to the spa only.

A:  Hello Karen! Yes, your Lifesmart LS100DX is a 110v Plug and Play which means it plugs directly into a standard outlet without any additional wiring. Once you’ve placed your spa near your outlet, fill it up with a garden hose, plug it in, and soak. The total length of the GFCI cord is 15 feet, after exiting the spa you should have 12' – 13' feet of cord to reach the outlet. Under no circumstances can an extension cord be used on our spas. ~ Happy Soaking!

A:  It’s 110.  Plug is rather large so make sure you have room at outlet.  My outdoor outlet has those water proof covers so I had to take off to make it work.

A:  Hello Simplicity! A couple of issues here. First, when the pump whistles when it runs it means the bearings are going out in the pump. This would require either the pump being repaired and new bearings installed or complete pump replacement. Secondly, with the topside flashing those numbers, it probably would require a topside replacement. Check to see if the buttons are responsive and if they can active the pump and light. It sounds like the display isn't displaying all the characters properly and a topside control panel replacement might be needed. We can help with replacement parts needed for your spa! A:  Hello Kimberly! I would suggest getting a thermometer and check the actual water temperature, as it should be within 2 degrees of the displayed temperature. 98 degrees doesn't feel real hot, but when you get the water to 101-103 degrees, you can feel a big difference. Make sure your cover is on with its locks locked down to hold in the heat. ~ Happy Soaking!
