        Q:How easy is it to lift the cover on and off? Is it very heavy, and would it require more than one person?

        A:  The cover is very light and moves easily but it is a close fit and when I pull it up to open it it creates a vacuum and I have to tug it gently, I’m sure it will ease up when it wears a little bit

              Q:Hi, this hot tub advertises as 7 person but only holds 290 gallons. Every other 6-7 person hot tub, or even 5, typically lists around 400 gallons. Is it not deep? How is it 1/4 less water than others?

              A:  I purchased this unit a year & a half ago. Yes there are 7 seating areas, but realistically 4 average adults are the maximum comfortably. Teenagers or kids can hold more. The rest of my family barely use it at the same time, so I usually use it all by myself 3-4 times a week. Very relaxing before I start my day.
