A:  If you grab the diffuser (the plastic cover) and squeeze (push the center in with your thumbs), the sides (long edge) will flare out and you can lift it up and the metal housing plate that is mounted to the ceiling. Lift it over one edge and then the other. I hope this helps.

A:  In This particular light fixture you do not change the led light bulbs because the led lights are integrated therefore, you will need to replace the fixture.

A:  I have no idea what type of junction box hangar you should purchase. I had my lights professionally installed. Your installer, or better yet Home Depot, should be able to answer that question.

A:  I think you are confusing two things. Junction boxes are passthroughs for your wiring. Fluroesent light fixtures and led fixtures like this mount to the surface they are attached to. For instance if mounting the fixture to stritctly drywall you would use toggle bolts to hold the bracket in place. The bolts act as the anchor against the whole face of the drywall. If you were installing into a stud or in this case one of your ceiling joists would use standard anchor screws driven directly into the wood. The junction box is just meant to allow the wires to be passed through and recessed back. A light fixture can typically be installed with or without a junction box for the wires to go through.
