A:  Yes, all of our locks come with 2 physical keys and you can also use the app in Bluetooth mode when near the lock (about 20-30 feet away). Otherwise, you can access the lock remotely from any location in WIFI mode with the addition of the Secure WIFI hub.

A:  You can lock/unlock the lock and create access codes remotely with our Secure Pro lock that comes with the WIFI hub (or you can purchase the WIFI hub separately to work with any Secure/S Model locks).

A:  The deadbolt comes set to 2-3/4" (70mm) but you can adjust the length to 2-3/8” (60mm) if necessary.

A:  Here are the differences between the Lockly Secure and S model: 1. You can disable the touchscreen of Lockly Secure from inside by the using the ON/OFF switch, while Model S does not have this feature. 2. You can manually lock Lockly Secure Latch edition from inside by pressing the Lockly button on the interior assemble, while this button is disabled on Model 6S. You can lock from the inside using your App or wait for the auto lock 3. The Lockly button on the interior assemble will have the red light alert when low battery, which Model 6s doesn't have such feature. 4. The keyhole cover has been removed on Model 7S, while Lockly Secure models and Model 6S have the keyhole cover.

A:  Yes. I installed the app and I can unlock from my phone. But you got to be closer to lock as it uses Bluetooth to unlock.

A:  No, that would be needed only if you want to use WiFI. I use it without by merely using the digital keypad.

A:  Hello! No, you do not need the Secure Link WiFi hub unless you want to be able to control your lock from anywhere in the world. This model still comes with Offline Access Codes or OAC's that can be issued from anywhere with or without a WiFi connection to the lock. A:  Hello Christmas!! Thank you for your message. The Lockly Secure Link WiFi Hub would need to be purchased to connect the lock to your local WiFi. Once our locks are connected to WiFi via our WiFi Hub you can connect and integrate with Google Home. If you choose not to connect to the internet, this model out of the box included Offline Access Codes so that you can grant access to anyone even without a WiFi or Bluetooth connection. A:  There is an option for something called Offline Access Codes that you can provide to AirBnB or VRBO customers. They can be sent to your guests at any time and the guest can activate it at the time of entry. You will set up an Offline Access Code or OAC with a duration of stay and you can revoke or override them at any time. OAC's can be issued and controlled from anywhere.
