A:  Yes it will. I use this product all the time to prevent stuff from sliding. My dog pushes his food bowl all around the place while he eats. Just four square patches on the bottom of the food bowl stops it.

A:  Item 02352- foam tape will stick in cold temps. However, it should be applied initially with temperatures above 40 degrees. Thank you for your interest in our product.

A:  I found that in my applications involving very cold areas, it requires additional adhesive to stick well. It will stick, but will start to pull up at the least cause. An extra drop of glue in the right place solves that no problem.
