A:  I'm sure it could be mounted in the shower. It requires four anchor holes to be drilled. I wouldn't recommend putting it where it could be hit by your arm or head because it is breakable. Broken glass in the shower would be dangerous.

A:  I would not because the shelf is glass. It would seem like a bad accident waiting to happen. I mounted the shelf to the wall above the toilet. This has worked out fine-but the shelf is somewhat delicate and does not support much weight.
