A:  No, it does not come 60 inches.

A:  It will fit; keep in mind that all window wells are of different dimensions. While it should fit the projection, it will hang over the ends a couple of inches on each end. If you want a more perfect fit, try searching online for a more exact fit.

A:  yes, but there will be 1" of overhang on the front rim.

A:  It fits mine with that dimension. But I did bolt it to the window well to help hold it in place

A:  Yes, our wells size is 37x16 too. It covers the well perfect.

A:  The basement window well cover I bought in the spring of 2017 came with two clips for fastening the cover to the window well.

A:  No clips received on our order.

A:  Yes, 3 clips.

A:  There is no thickest part of the cover. The cover is 1/11" thick. There is corrugation, which helps with stability.

A:  It is thickest where the plastic bends, pretty thin all over otherwise.

A:  4 inches

A:  Same thickness throughout; the strength is in the raised molded design.

A:  No, this cover only comes in the one height.

A:  There is no weight capacity on the window well covers. They are not manufactured to be weight bearing.

A:  In my opinion, I don't think these covers can stop the circulation of air.

A:  Yes, I expect these wells will stop most air circulation. They are made of very thick plastic, and can be setup so that they provide a tight seal. In fact, because they are so flat, if you don't install them with a tight seal they will not work well at keeping out debris, so there's really no choice. If you need ventilation from such a window, then this cover is not a good choice in my opinion, but It will keep out rain and debris, and probably do so for a while.

A:  The covers are not air tight. They will allow for some air circulation.

A:  I does cut the circulation, but you can always drill holes in it.
