Hope you will enjoy yours, ours is working just fine, after buying unit at least a year ago!

A:  The depth by measuring is 13 inched The door heigth is 8 inches the door width is 13 inches BUT ! ! The plate all items will be placed on when microwaving is 12.25 inches diameter Because of the plate the cooking height is 7.25 inches

A:  I have had no problem with my unit.

A:  . Make sure the mechanism on the bottom of the microwave is tuning, If not, you have a defect. Make sure you have the turntable right side up on the microwave bottom, with the glass tabs down to engage in the plastic drive mechanism on the bottom.

A:  Take it back to the store and get another one. they said I could not replace the light bulb and I would need to send it to a repair shop to fix it at my cost. no way!
