Water
I paid $35 for delivery and it was fast and arrived no dents. I liked the style and size, however, it had started making these icy waters in the back of the fridge. Ice repeatedly forms and melts. I didn’t want to leave a bad review because I really hope it can be fixed so I can move on, but I didn’t get any reply even though I had contacted the customer service. Hopefully, someone checks this review and reaches out to me.

So far so good, but it arrived beat up...
I ordered this online on Monday and paid $79 for shipping. it arrived the next day, the box was torn on the outside and after opening, I found this dent

No protective panel for components
This was this first fridge I've ever seen that doesn't come with the protective panel on the rear that covers the compressor, wiring, and other components. This may be fine for some people, but not if you have small kids or pets and the location we needed to install it. At first I thought it was simply missing from the box, but turns out it's not designed for one in the first place. Thankfully this is one of the few large appliances that can be returned, which we are doing.

Dented Out of the Box
Purchased to use as an extra basement fridge, seems like a good value for what we need. Unfortunately I got home and opened the box to find a pretty large dent right in the middle of the door. Not a huge deal, but be aware if you're buying it for your kitchen and care about the cosmetic appearance.

This could be a nice refrigerator; it kept a nice even temperature and was well lighted. Unfortunately, it was hopelessly unable to be leveled. It leaned down to the right about two inches and also leaned back about the same. Customer service could only offer the same parts that did not work so we had to return the unit.

Great Product So Far and Great Delivery!!
On the day of delivery the two delivery men helped us above and beyond and did a great job. Not only did they call us ahead of time so we can expect them, but they also managed to squeeze the fridge into our apartment with no problems or damages.

The perfect garage refrigerator
I wasn’t looking for a large refrigerator to store my overflow of drinks. The 10.1 was too big, the 5 was too small, when I saw the 7.1 I thought it was perfect, and it is. It holds just enough, and it actually keeps things cold. The freezer section is small but all I really need it for is my dog food so it’s the perfect size and it freezes beautifully. It’s a great buy!

Good fridge! Holds a lot of food!
Even though I was delivered the wrong fridge at first, I do love this fridge! Don’t let the pics fool you! But the freezer part was able to hold 5 bags of Tyson chicken tenders and bites! Was able to fit a frozen meal, 3 breakfast bowls, burrito bowl, and multiple popsicles! the fridge section can hold 3 cartons of juice on the side, front shelf can hold 3 gallon sized beverages! Highly recommend this !
