A:  All hardwood Flooring is typically random # of pieces per case, this product has 22.6 Square Feet per case. Plastic floors are usually a fixed # of planks per case.

A:  3/4" Solid Hardwood will expand and contract in heating and cooling seasons much more then Engineered hardwood Flooring. A:  So in the case of wood flooring running in between 2 walls, this is 3/4” PER SIDE? Or 3/4” TOTAL, which would be 3/8” per side?

A:  Always sweep or vacuum to remove dust/dirt/debris before using cleaner. It is extremely easy to clean and maintain, just follow our Use & Care Manual which has Daily & Preventative Maintenance guidelines to help maintain the beauty and cleanliness of your floor. A:  Our Hardwood Collection would be considered Water Resistant and is an excellent choice for all rooms in your home including kitchens and half Baths. If you review the definition of "water resistant" = able to resist the penetration of water to some degree but not entirely, most hardwood flooring would fall under this category, however key is how long the water, spill, liquid stays on the floor. If you spill water, drips from dishwasher, or track in water from outside etc, solution would be cleaning/drying up the spill. If you clean up the liquid within a reasonable timeline, there should be no issues.
