A:  "Minimum set time: 20 hours Longer set times may be required due to local temperature/humidity conditions." Drying time may also be variable.

    A:  This forms a water-resistant seal when applied according to the instructions, it may not "hold" water in a duct that has been sitting there over a long period.

          A:  No, it won't. It is made for non climate controlled areas such as ducts in the attic. It would be fine in a garage.

              Q:can you trowel this on a hardwood floor (varnished 50 years ago) witiin a cold air return so as to increase seal in CAR where the CAR duct is cut into this hardwood floor within the CAR box within the wall (put in after hardwood floor installed). Thanks.
