A:  You must have purchase receipt for warranty. First year, parts and labor, 2ed thru 10th, motor and basket, parts only. labor is not covered This is a terrible washer. I personally hate it. Looking to buy something else after 3 years of misery

A:  possibly one of the stabilizers that should be connected to the tub has come loose. Unplug from outlet. Fairly easy to remove 2 screws usually bottom side of body, releasing part of outside panel. Use flashlight to check if all 2-3 arms are attached with a simple hook. Or you may see the loose support and be able to hook it right back up into the empty hole where the hook is inserted. Hope that's all it is.
