A:  I don't know what other customers are cutting, but i'm satisfied with 18 TPI. 24TPI is too fine for me and I rather have 14/18 blade.

A:  i have had no problems cutting strut or anything with these blades

A:  the 18 tpi is the best we can recommend for SS steel.

A:  Never have cut ss. But cuts through black pipe, electrical conduit and any other metals Ive tried like butter.

A:  Yeah gives a real nice edge as long as you're cutting straight. I use this bandsaw to cut steel allthread all the time. As long as you're doing it right never messes up your threads.

A:  These saw blades are only available in standard measurements and TPI.
