A: Not sure. I was able to use this wrench on a 4" inch pipe. Will not go any bigger though, not without falling apart. This is only recommended for 3" pipe. You can see in the picture the measurement on the neck and what little is left for expansion.

A: I don't have it in front of me to weigh it but it seems lighter than my Ridgid aluminum 14" wrench and it will be MUCH lighter than any iron bodied wrench.
