A:  I would say it is for a child or adult weighing no more than 150lbs for occasional use but I wouldn't recommend using it as a seat for regular/daily use. After a summer, it started to get wobbly after regular wkd use and needed screw tightening. I would imagine this would happen quicker with regular use and the weight on it as a seat.

A:  Hello Greg, Thank you for contacting us. Our Noble House Lance Teak Square Wood Outdoor Accent Table was tested up to a top weight capacity of 19.7lbs, however do not recommend exceeding 10lbs. Therefore we would advise against using this as a seat.

A:  This table is water resistant but not water proof. we do ask that the table is covered with an outdoor furniture cover when not in use.

A:  No, this product can only support 10 lbs, and is not designed to be under a consistently daily stream of water.
