A: The wallpaper itself is submerged in water. The strip is folded and rested. The wallpaper is then pressed onto the wall.

A: You cut the strip to the size you want, soak it in water a minute or 2 (either a bath tub or large cooler). Make sure it is completely soaked, be careful though the longer it soaks the more likely it may tear. Then apply to walls and take a cloth and smooth all bubbles out and make sure it is completely adhered to the walls. Give it at least 24 hrs or so before painting.

A: Yes you can hang over paneling but you must either hang a wall liner first or prepare the paneling by sanding and using a wall prep/sizing on it prior to hanging.
