Q:The vinyl pads on the armrest of two chairs are starting to look scuffed and worn. Can I purchase new arm pads to replace the worn and damaged pads?

      A:  The maximum seat height is 21.75 inches.

To assemble please place the base on the floor, the cylinder into the base, and the chair body into the cylinder.
