A:  My guess is the sourcing and delivery. When I ordered a pallet a year ago, it went from Denver to Seattle, then delivered to me near Portland via a third party delivery company.  The cost difference wasn’t that great, but supply in your local store could have been purchased at a lower cost.

    A:  There is no answer for your question. It's the same product as the one for $3.48 The disparity in price doesn't justify the free delivery.
