A:  Thank you for reaching out. Apologies for any inconvienencea valance does not come include, however the heardail in the shade does not show the inner mechanisms if that is the concern.

A:  Thank you for reaching out. The extra length will be folded together either at the top or bottom rail, whether you decide to use the top down bottom up function. It will not be as noticable as you may think but it will ultimately be up to the customer in regards to the aesthetic it will bring.

A:  Thank you for reaching out. We recommend using an area with 1" of space. This allows for a more secure mount.

A:  Thank you for reaching out. We do not recommend using on sliding doors as the constant movement or possible exposure to getting hit by the sliding door may affect or damage the shade. If you have the space to install/mount and can ensure that the shade will not be hit then it will work.

A:  Thank you for reaching out. For an inside mount we recommend going 1/2" smaller than your measured size. In this case a 29.5" would be the width ordered.

A:  Thank you for reaching out. Apologies for any incovienence, but unforunately we have a width range of 18"-72" in every 1/2" increment and select lengths of 48",64",72" and 84". This cannot be made shorter in store or by manufacturer. The shade will not fit for an inside mount but would work for an outside mount depending on what your're looking for.

A:  The top down on these shades will go all the way down to the bottom of the shade.

A:  Thank you for reaching out. Apologies for any incovienence, mold resistance is not a feature of these cellular shades. Nonwoven fabric are not suitable for wet environments, and we have not conducted testing for this specific request.
